Extensive experience with 'big data' storage and analysis technologies (e.g. Hadoop, data warehouse platforms, No-SQL systems). Proven track record of turning research results into live production systems and measurable business benefits. Research background in machine learning, statistical modeling and information retrieval. Knowledge of related areas, such as personalization and recommender systems is a plus. A strong publication record is desirable."
