According to the post, “The Vice President, Software Product Development will develop and execute long-term strategies and shorter-term technical plans to meet aggressive time to market demands of new products. Position provides leadership and management oversight to software professionals. The ideal candidate must be extremely results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy, and skilled at building internal relationships and external partnerships in a global and highly matrix environment.”
Qualifications include: ” 10+ years of experience in progressive leadership positions within software development management. Extensive experience with developing and delivering commercial multi-tiered enterprise software. Proven success operating in a high volume, hosted transactional environment. Experience with operating in a high security, data intensive, data centric, “big data” and analytics environment. Proven track record in operating and delivering results in a highly complex and matrix organization running corporate mission critical client solutions. Demonstrated ability to think strategically to support key commercial business decisions.”
