Dwayne Phillips

Dwayne Phillips worked as a computer and systems engineer with the Federal government from 1980 to 2008. Since 2008, he has worked in private industry in similar capacities. An avid writer, Dwayne has written several books on technical topics and managing technical projects. He has degrees in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and is a PMI certified Project Management Professional. He lives in Reston, Virginia with his wife Karen.
