Jim Viveralli is a Data Architect responsible for Data Governance and Metadata Management at Erie Insurance. Prior to this position he supervised the Statistical Reporting area at the ERIE. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Insurance Data Professional (CIDM). Jim is the past Chairman of the Technical Statistical Advisory Committee with the Independent Statistical Service, Inc. He serves on the Insurance Data Management Association Board of Directors and the Meta-Data Professional Organization Board of Directors. He has participated in several working groups with ACORD and served on the Editorial Board for the DAMA DMBOK. Jim has over twenty-seven years experience working in the trenches of data management from both a business and an IT perspective.
