Charlotte Russe is looking for a Business Intelligence Architect/Development Manager in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities of this position include the following: “Leads the architecture design and development of data warehouse and BI solutions, and, exercises independent judgment and discretion to accomplish tasks, including: designs complex data models, logical and physical databases, data dictionaries and schemas; develops data/information quality metrics; manages ongoing database design and performance enhancement; reviews queries for performance issues; monitors and tunes the data warehouse; develops and implements database recovery plans and procedures. Adheres to the defined Systems Development Life Cycle process to generate required SOX documentation; obtains required approvals for each phase. Hands on Development of BI solutions.”
Qualifications for the position include: “6 – 9 years experience in designing, building and implementing Business Intelligence applications; or a combination of OLTP applications combined with at least 4 years Business Intelligence applications. Demonstrated expertise of data warehousing concepts, such as warehousing and data mart methodologies. Strong SQL skills are required preferable Oracle with emphasis on performance tuning. Extensive knowledge of data warehouse concepts, source data, data modeling, data repository requirements, Relational Database Management Systems, BI analysis tools and middleware. Experience in design and data modeling techniques, multiple programming languages, file and database management, one or more operating system environments, and computer networks. Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.”
