Amedisys is looking for a Business Intelligence Director in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities of the position include the following: “Under minimal supervision, directs the strategy, design, implementation, and support of the clinical aggregate data store, data warehouses, data marts, and data integration solutions for the enterprise and manages interactions with vendors and product management for roadmap and requirements management. Serves as the primary liaison between the business units and the BI team in facilitating Business Intelligence solutions. Establishes strong business relationships and ensures effective communication between BI and the business units.”
Qualifications include: “Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Five (5+) years of enterprise-level data warehouse development experience, specifically with Business Intelligence (BI) is preferred. Three (3+) years people management and leadership experience, including hiring and developing top talent and managing teams. Proven track record in delivering large scale, complex ETL, data mart/warehouse, and business intelligence projects. Ability to communicate effectively with business representatives at all levels of the organization. Broad knowledge of BI toolsets including IBM TM1, Cognos, Microsoft SQL Server.”
