EA Games is looking for a Data Architect in Austin, TX. The company is seeking “a professional with 10 Years of relevant experience with a focus on Data Management, Enterprise Data Architecture, and Data Modeling – Conceptual, Logical, Business Process Modeling. The Architect will apply principles, theories, and concepts to analyzing and modeling data to promote enterprise-wide sharing and management of those data assets… Data Architect is responsible for the development and maintenance of logical/physical database designs for WWCE applications. Will work with functional, programming, business teams and data architects within other EA groups to define client business and database needs. This position is also responsible for all external data, and the cleansing and loading of data into corporate databases.”
Qualifications include: “Experienced in information and data exchange concepts and methods. Knowledge of data or information modeling tools such as ERwin, System Architect or similar modeling tools. Experience with data flow and information flow modeling and concepts. Able to work with business and technical subject matter experts to develop graphical representations of data and work flows from a business and system level perspective. Ability to support data and technical analysis procedures required by life cycle development methodologies to perform requirements analysis and enterprise architecture evaluations. Review object and data models and the Meta data Repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access.”
