Nissan is looking for a Data Architect at their North American Headquarters in Franklin, TN. The company is looking for someone with the following abilities: “Ability to establish relationships with business, IT leaders and technology subject matter experts with sufficient verbal and written communication skills appropriate for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to recommend architecture accomplishing long-range objectives related to data and business intelligence while simultaneously balancing functional requirements, business demand and budget constraints. Ability to perform requirements analysis for IT systems, provide input to business case development and validate requirements for IT systems.”
Specific qualifications for the position include: “Relational Database Experience such as: Oracle, SQL Server, UDB and/or Mainframe Database experience such as: ADABAS, IMS, DB2. Relational Data modeling with a data modeling tool. Provide guidance and standards for information management and data architecture, including standards and assistance with data modeling both in normalized and dimensional models. Database sizing for Databases up to 1Tb. Experience with at least one tool related to two or more of the following: data profiling, data quality, data integration, ETL, database administration, data federation, Master Data Management, data modeling, metadata management.”
