Travelers Insurance is looking for a Director of Business Intelligence in Hartford, CT. The post states, “This position is for a Claim Business Intelligence and Analytics Line Lead supporting Business Insurance. Responsibilities will encompass multiple Claim product lines and lead cross lines projects for Business Insurance. The line lead will be the primary point of contact for all Claim Business Intelligence services and work closely with the Claim management team to develop information strategies and tactics to improve business performance.”
Responsibilities include the following: “Consult with client leadership in the development of strategic and tactical operating plans and assist in the identification and prioritization of supporting business intelligence deliverables. Maintain and apply knowledge of business intelligence best practices in support of their customer. Analyze existing measures and metrics and identify opportunities to improve the management and monitoring of business performance. This scope of this responsibility includes how these measures are used within the field and how they translate up through middle and senior management.”
