Barnes & Noble is looking for a Director of Business Intelligence in New York, NY. The post states, “The Director – BI will be responsible for managing the customer facing business intelligence application and environment. This is a hands-on, technical role that requires in-depth technical knowledge for both development and support efforts. This person will also have responsibility for the architecture and design of the application.”
It continues, “This person will work closely with the VP of Business Intelligence, Director of BI Program Management and Manager of BI Development and Support in determining and designing enhancements and modifications to the BI application suite and will have responsibility for the development and implementation of those enhancements and modifications. This individual will work with our decision support product vendors to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.”
