Liberty Mutual Agency Corporation is searching for a Director of Business Intelligence in their Indianapolis, IN, office. The post states, “In this role, you will define and manage all aspects of highly complex business data strategy for an assigned business segment, and will also manage a highly technical staff of internal consultants which specializes in leveraging tools such as Cognos and SAS to build data prototypes and solutions to drive business results. Responsibilities include negotiating program objectives and direction with senior level executives across aligned segments, and ensuring program deliverables are completed on time, in budget, and achieve agreed-upon objectives.”
Qualifications include: “Graduate degree in related field or equivalent training required. Minimum of 10 years progressively more responsible experience in a financial and/or project management environment with exposure to highly complex project planning, cost benefit analysis and cross discipline coordination. Minimum of 5 years of management experience required. Demonstrated understanding of relational databases, including the ability to effectively utilize techniques to derive insights. Minimum 2 years of experience working within an enterprise data governance framework preferred. Demonstrated understanding of SAS and Cognos platforms from a business capability perspective. Advanced knowledge in SQL.”
