ConnectiCare is looking for a Director of Enterprise Data Management in Farmington, CT. The purpose of this position is “To lead and manage the engineering, implementation and operation of ConnectiCare’s technical infrastructure, technology operations and related technology services, and the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of the enterprise data which includes Oracle, SQL data warehouse and application data bases, Emblem Health data integration for Medicare, all data feeds to delegated vendors, and maintenance of the RDMS and COGNOS/SSRS reporting environments in support of ConnectiCare’s strategic plan and business operations.”
Qualifications for the position include: “10 years of mixed technical infrastructure experience required, including networking, mid-range, security, database administration/data modeling and distributed computing environments. Ability to participate proactively in business process, strong business judgment and ability to plan and implement technology according to a full life-cycle business case model. Experience planning and leading complex programs of technical infrastructure development and change. Knowledge of voice related technology (e.g. ACD, IVR, VoIP) and e-business (internet, extranet, security, etc) infrastructure. 5 years of previous experience leading a technically-oriented staff.”
