Citizens Financial Group is looking for a Director of Enterprise Data Movement and Integration in Cranston, RI. According to the post, “Citizens Financial Group is executing a significant initiative to define an Enterprise Data Strategy and implement that strategy through data warehouses, data marts, analytical and reporting tools. A key aspect of that initiative is to extract, move, transform and load data throughout the “Information Supply Chain”. CFG has chosen IBM Datastage as the primary ETL tool integrating with Teradata (warehouse) and SAS (BI tools) to support the efforts. The Director of Enterprise DM&I will be responsible for leading all efforts to standardize the design, deployment and management of ETL across the CFG enterprise. This technical role reports directly to the SVP of Enterprise Data Management which includes Metadata Management, Business Intelligence as well as Data Modeling and Physical Database Design and Deployment.”
Qualifications include: “Experienced with ETL architecture and design standards and approaches. Experience with data analysis, data integration, and database design and development. Strong knowledge of ETL concepts and with data flow diagrams and/or data flow designs. Good knowledge of IBM Datastage version 8+. Experienced in project planning and coordination across multiple data projects. Strong communications and management skills. Experienced with developing and implementing ODS, data warehousing solutions and data migrations. Certified Datastage professional a plus.”
