The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is looking for an Enterprise Data Architect in Las Vegas, NV. The post states, “The Enterprise Data Architect is responsible for system design, implementation, and administration of all components that make up the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Marts infrastructure, applications and related tools. The Architect must demonstrate knowledge of data warehouse implementation process, from business requirements through logical modeling, physical database design, data sourcing and data transformation, data loading, developing the overall data warehouse architecture and physical implementation of standards.”
Qualifications for the position include: “Five-seven years as a Teradata Database Administrator working in a 24×7 environment with multi-terabyte, multi-application databases on MP-RAS Unix and Linux operating systems. Three+ years working with Teradata Manager and Teradata load utilities. Extensive experience with Enterprise Data Warehouses and Data Marts required. Must have experience with 3rd-party add-ons such as SAS or Tibco adapters. Two years of experience in near real time data warehousing and the integration of the data into business operations. Experience within the hospitality/gaming industry preferred.”
