Interactive Data is searching for a Financial Data Analyst either in New York, NY, or Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities of the position include: “Act as a product content specialist and provide 2nd level support on client reported data incidents. Maintenance of selective data changes coming from internal or external suppliers. Research on data requests for upcoming client projects or existing production clients requests. Perform daily monitoring of market information on a regular basis in order to maintain the highest level of accuracy. Assist the Quality Assurance team as needed in testing data products and database changes. Work closely with exchange information notices received from the US equity and derivative exchanges concerning current and future market adjustments.”
Qualifications include, “Experience with market data services or market data vendors. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience working with databases and systems used supporting various products. Proficiency with SQL. Ability to gather information input and relay it clearly and concisely to internal or external clients. Ability to effectively interface at all business levels. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.”
