GE Energy is searching for an Information Management Program Manager, Data Management in Van Buren, MI. The post states, “This position is responsible for designing, developing, executing and maintaining Master Data Management strategy and processes in conjunction with overall Master Data Management practices. This is a hands on role and will require significant project leadership experience in a complex organization. Manage the execution of the data management programs and projects across the GE Energy Master Data Domains (Customer, Supplier, Product, Finance, etc) Lead and partner with technology teams to drive cohesive, phased program execution of MDM strategy, managing at multiple levels of granularity to ensure on time and on budget execution. Lead and partner with the Energy business, IT and other MDM pillars to analyze and define business needs while assisting in the development of appropriate solutions.”
Qualifications include the following: “Experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance and/or Business Intelligence. Expertise with Data Management and Data Governance environments with proven ability to perform analysis and risk assessment. Demonstrated leadership experience, either through direct people management or management of cross-functional project teams. Experience working in an onshore/offshore model and in a highly matrixed organization, including direct management of offshore outsourced resources and teams. Proven ability to simultaneously execute multiple projects in a demanding environment with frequently changing requirements and technical conditions.”
