Johnson & Johnson is looking for an IT Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse in New Brunswick, NJ. According to the post, ” The IT Manager, Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse, is responsible for the overall technical delivery of all initiatives, project or operational, related to the delivery of BI/DW solutions for HR. The IT Manager BI/DW will actively develop their teams to deliver high quality solutions, on time and on budget; will ensure appropriate priorities are set within their organizations, and will ensure that services are delivered per the requirements of the HR Business Partners. The IT Manager BI/DW will collaborate with GS, ITS, and BU/IT departments, as well as HR Operations and Specialty Groups, to develop and deliver the overall strategy. They will be champions of good systems development and management processes as well as actively promote awareness and alignment with all J&J compliance requirements.”
Qualifications for the position include: ” This position requires a minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree. Candidates that possess a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or technical field are preferred. Candidates that possess an advanced degree are also preferred. This position requires a minimum of 8 years overall IT experience with Data Warehousing tools (example; SAP BW, Cognos, Teradata, etc.) This position requires strong BI project delivery experience – managing global, cross-functional, multi-disciplined projects and service delivery environment. The ability to drive resolution for critical issues by bringing teams together – both J&J internal and external vendors is required. A global mindset – ability to work across multiple countries and cultures is required.”
