T-Mobile is looking for a Manager of CRM Data Management in Bellevue, WA. According to the post, “This position is responsible for providing timely and accurate data to marketing campaign builders and to CRM modelers, statisticians, analysts. Have a strong knowledge of entity-relational databases and strong data manipulation skills using SQL. Have good people skills and the ability to translate requests from non-technical requestors into technical needs, and assess the ability level of effort to fulfill them. Be able to work with interruptions and changing priorities. Be inquisitive and ready to investigate and identify new data elements as needs are identified. Move data between unconnected data systems which may have different keys and indexes. Investigate data and data queries to identify errors and variances. Provide consultation and recommendations to Campaign Managers, Developers, and Information Technologists on how best to strategically improve available data. “
Qualifications include: “Experience with data architecture and data structure. Strong SQL and data modeling skills (Teradata a plus). Experience with data definitition language (DDL). Understanding of Direct Marketing objectives and needs. Data management skills with understanding of Customer/Product/Offer relationships in CRM systems. Experience with customer segmentation. Disciplined, analytical but creative thinker and problem solver. Strong attention to detail, strong ability to complete work under pressure on tight deadlines, logical thinking, curious, self motivated.”
