Ogilvy is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Data Management in Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities of this position include the following: “Ensure alignment of the enterprise data management vision with the business strategy. Be a vocal leader and enterprise influencer by providing leadership and vision in data management. Align stakeholders including marketing analytics, campaign operations, client services and finance. Lead a team of DBAs, database/ETL engineers and architects. Develop architectural strategies and an overall plan for data management including short and long term roadmaps, and provide progress and results to senior management. Develop and implement departmental policies, standards, and guidelines. Provide direction for the selection, development, and implementation of IT as it pertains to data management.”
Qualifications include the following: “Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or Business with an emphasis in Management Information Technology. Minimum eight years of related work experience. Demonstrated experienced with all stages of enterprise application life-cycle management. Direct experience with Microsoft database technologies, ETL tools, and Modeling tools. Advanced skills with data integration and data integration technologies (messaging, replication and ETL.) Experience with enterprise level relational database design and Object Oriented design. Demonstrated experience with linking industry specific business requirements to EDM capability requirements. Deep knowledge of Data Warehouse, Campaign Management and Business Intelligence tools. Exposure to data disguising technology of confidential data such as customer personal identifiable information (PII), data obfuscation, data redaction, and data masking.”
