According to the post, “The senior position partners with the Enterprise Data Strategy & Management for end to end delivery and support of Master Data Management initiatives. Individual will work with business owners, data source applications teams, Enterprise Data Warehouse teams, BI application teams, and MDM architecture teams to ensure the successful implementation of Enterprise MDM Strategy. Role requires attention to planning, estimates, budget, resource management, and technical expertise. Excellent negotiation skills for driving cross functional teams, proven project management experience, and process improvement skills required.”
Qualifications for the position include: “Requires a minimum of 5 years experience managing and implementing IT projects. Prefer prior experience in health insurance industry. Requires a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience. Requires broad knowledge of IT concepts, disciplines, best practices and methodologies. 5 to 7 years experience in Master Data Management. Experience with ETL. Understanding of Data Modeling Practice. Informatica MDM- Siperian Experience Preferred.”
