McCain Foods is looking for a Manager of Master Data Governance in Lisle, IL. According to the post, this position “will work with his/her peers to ensure consistency throughout the organization, and to make effective use of processes, applications, tools and technology. Specifically, this role will be responsible for ensuring McCain Foods, maintains compliance with industry standards as it pertains to data sharing and data carriers. This individual will collaborate with key professionals cross-functionally to identify opportunities where industry standards can and should be leveraged within our current processes and data transactions, while also meeting both our internal and external customer needs. This role will also oversee and ensure data accuracy & integrity across all major data objects.”
Qualifications for the position include: “7-10 years in supply chain and/or data management related field. Project management experience. Knowledge of retailer as well as food service distributor and operator data requirements. Demonstrated knowledge of master data processes, GS1 standards and how they relate to the business. Demonstrate ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives. Demonstrated business process improvement experience. Demonstrated ability to influence change. Demonstrated collaboration with multiple business functions.”
