HNI Corporation is looking for a Manager of Master Data Management in Muscatine, IA. According to the post, “The Manager, Oracle E-Business (MDM) Master Data Management is responsible for working with both functional and technical personnel to gather, manage, model and document the detailed data requirements for Oracle’s E-business master data. This role includes contributing to enterprise data standards and managing related staff.” Responsibilities include: “Translate business needs into master data solutions utilizing process flows and data flow techniques. Support current Production MDM environment consisting of multiple master data hubs. Design, build and support conceptual and logical models from business requirements. Create, review, and manage data models. Document data content, relationships, structure, and flow, processes that manage, transform, or touch data, business rules that govern data and durations for which data is required.”
Qualifications for the position include: “Thorough knowledge of Master Data Management concepts & Methodologies and ability to apply this knowledge in building MDM solutions. Thorough knowledge of application development, database management and operation. Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments. Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. Exposure to different ETL and integration tools. Strong analytical and technical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.”
