Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation is looking for a Master Data Management Manager in Lyndhurst, NJ. According to the post, “The Master Data Governance Group is tasked with establishing a vision and a strategy for master data utilization and maintenance across applications. The team will work with the business and application owners to determine the appropriate set of master data standards, quality levels, and ongoing MDG procedures required to achieve and sustain the business transformation.”
It continues, “The team will work across all systems to ensure data standards and flows are in alignment. They will work closely with the R2 conversion team on activities related to data profiling and data cleansing, establishing data owners who will participate in this task. The team will determine the strategic implementation plan (Road Map) across systems at various points (R2, PLM go live, R3, etc) as well as determine what the appropriate run organization should be for the different stages. The primary areas of focus for this team are Item, Customer and Vendor (Merchandise) and associated tables (Hierarchy definition, Attributes global and regional etc).”
