Morningstar is seeking a Project Manager of Enterprise Data Management in Chicago, IL. According to the description, “Morningstar`s Custom Solutions group seeks a self-motivated Project Manager to join its Enterprise Data Management team. The Enterprise Data Management team creates innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of institutional clients, ranging from data aggregation, management, and delivery to portfolio accounting and performance reporting. As Project Manager, you will work with product managers, project managers, developers, quality assurance analysts, and client/third-party stakeholders to define, manage, and implement high-quality and timely project deliveries.”
Responsibilities of the position include, “Manage projects from consultation to deployment, applying project management methodology and enforcing best practice standards. Create, execute, and monitor project work plans. Communicate clear and concise project status information to stakeholders. Work with project stakeholders to define and document detailed business and technical requirements. Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, defining appropriate risk mitigations and contingency plans.”
