GE Capital is looking for a Senior Data Architect – Enterprise Architecture in Norwalk, CT. According to the post, this position is for a “Senior professional employee that provides leadership and technical expertise in the development of BI solutions in an enterprise data warehouse environment. Set strategy as well as develops standards and best practices around the usage of BI tools. Directs the systems development process, including planning and monitoring development efforts, reviewing deliverables and communicating to management. Translates users information requirements into system specifications.”
Qualifications include the following: “Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years IT experience. 2+ years experience in data warehousing. 5+ years experience in relational data warehousing design. Experience in normalized and dimensional logical modeling. Experience in evaluating the architecture, functionality and usage of BI tools.”
