Prodigy Health Group, an Aetna company, is looking for a Senior Enterprise Data Architect in Rochester, NY; Minneapolis, MN; or St. Paul, MN. This position is “responsible for the design and management of computer systems data assets. Leads overall strategy and design in systems data architecture, modeling, and standards definition. Serves as the company’s enterprise data steward by identifying, developing, collaborating, enforcing and evangelizing a consistent view of the enterprise data model and data standards. The Enterprise Data Architect is responsible for data architecture tasks on various projects that support the organization in achieving its strategic goals.”
It continues, “The data architecture will cover databases, data integration and data access. The position is also responsible for advancing and promoting the enterprise data standards, metadata management, business semantics, data modeling and information lifecycle management. The position will play a key role in Enterprise Data Governance and provide knowledge, support and input to a Master Data Management (MDM) strategy. The architect will interface with the business, business analysts and development teams, representing IT in the management of data. The candidate will work closely with enterprise architects, application architects, database analysts and developers to translate business requirements into relevant data models.”
