Citi is searching for an SVP of Data Governance and Standards in New York, NY. Responsibilities of the position include the following: “Lead efforts to develop and execute governance and controls to strengthen records management practices and assess the on-going program effectiveness. In addition, assist the CDO Risk Control Officer in managing the MCA & RCSA process for RM program. This includes: monitoring and analyzing assessment outcomes, managing CAPs, reporting, and ad-hoc documentation requests. Create and roll-out a process for capturing an inventory of records (both paper and electronic) with a source mapping. In addition, manage and coordinate the back-up tape approval process in partnership with the O&T teams. Provides guidance and education to employees, contractors and vendors about RM policies, risks and controls, expectations and consults on issues.”
Qualifications include: “At least 10 years of broad based organizational experience across multiple disciplines with a strong emphasis in information/records management. Experience in highly regulated and complex global organization. Must have a strong understanding of inter-relationship of process, governance and operations. Exceptional communication and influencing skills. The ability to interact with diverse, senior leaders and influence change within the organization. Able to take complex and abstract information and formulate into a clear and concise messages delivered to all levels and audience. Experience in leading and motivating staff and project teams in a matrix environment with the ability to manage, juggle and prioritize multiple projects/assignments.”
