L-3 Communications is looking for a Tactical Data Link and Data Enterprise Analyst in Hampton, VA. This position will “Manage and maintain requirements for the Joint iSMART (JiSMART) component of IEP in support of the AF’s Lead Command responsibility and shall oversee AF support to the Joint C&L effort… Provide primary subject matter expertise in support of JiSMART programmatic management and service advocacy. Assist in the oversight of JiSMART funding from Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in accordance with the IEP Management Plan and individual Service iSMART Statements of Work. Develop and maintain JiSMART “business rules” (i.e. Data Management, ConfigurationManagement, Access Request Procedures).”
Qualifications for the position include: “At least three (3) years experience at MAJCOM staff or equivalent level working TDL networks, Multi-TDL configuration management, AF and Joint staff processes, requirements development, and applicable military standards (US Mil-Std 3011, 6011, 6016, 6017, 6020) is required. Training, Certification or three (3) years experience using service oriented architectures (SOAs) and web services are required.”
