Chartis is looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Data Model Lead in New York, NY. This position will, “Define the strategic data models for the enterprise ensuring continuing extensibility for business change and growth. Develop the data modeling approaches, techniques, tools and processes for maintaining and managing the data models over their lifecycle. Design and develop project-level conceptual and logical data models on business requirements. Perform database structure definition and management in data modeling tools like ERWin. Coordinate with Data Governance team to ensure proper stewardship of data definitions, dimensions and relationships.”
Qualifications for the position include the following: “5 – 10 years of leadership experience in strategic data modeling. IT leadership role – demonstrated capability to communicate effectively and lead people through influence. Significant experience working with standard insurance industry data models. Bachelors degree required and master’s degree preferred.”
