A recent press release reports, “Denodo, a leader in data virtualization, today announced the availability of the Denodo Platform through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace with a subscription based offering. Denodo Platform on Azure enables enterprises to quickly deploy data virtualization on a flexible, pay-as-you-go basis. This solution enables organizations to scale up or down instantaneously with the increase or decrease in infrastructure for virtual machines. Also, it enables organizations to swiftly scale out through cluster based subscription, and leverage the load balancer that is offered through standard Microsoft tools. Denodo Platform in the Cloud can also be deployed on AWS, Heroku, and Google Cloud platforms.”

The release goes on, “Cloud computing and cloud based storage are growing exponentially in market share and are expected to increase at an even faster rate in the future. Organizations across a wide range of industries are digitally transforming through projects involving cloud modernization, hybrid cloud architecture, or cloud based analytics. While organizations are adopting cloud solutions faster than ever, industry pundits believe that for the foreseeable future most organizations will adopt a hybrid cloud platform, with data residing both on-premises and in the cloud. Sajan Parihar, Director, Microsoft Azure Platform at Microsoft Corp. said, ‘Through Microsoft Azure Marketplace, customers around the world can easily find, buy, and deploy partner solutions they can trust, all certified and optimized to run on Azure. We’re happy to welcome Denodo’s solution to the growing Azure Marketplace ecosystem’.”
