The post states, “For every software engineering role, you should have extensive object-oriented programming experience in Java or Javascript / AJAX. You have a solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design. Ideally, you have experience and desire to work in a short-cycle, agile, iterative development team. Lastly, you have a BS or higher in Computer Science.”
