Exablox is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Palo Alto, CA, with “real-world expertise working with client software technologies, and passion for delivering compelling user experiences across multiple platforms by developing elegant yet simple client UI and service designs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on proven software engineering/development skills and experience driving client UI and service design, starting from feature exploration, continuing to specification/documentation, and ending with implementation/testing and delivery of rich client applications in the consumer space.”
Qualifications for the position include, “5+ years experience developing in C, C#, Java, Objective-C, Python. Familiarity with Go, Modern Client IDE’s (Eclipse, VS2010, Expression, Xcode). Knowledge of JSON, NoSQL/SQL databases, RESTful Web Services. Experience with leading patterns and practices such as MVC, MVP ,MVVM, Data-binding, and Reactive Programming great to have as well as ; Development methods (Agile/Extreme Programming XP/Scrum), or Test-Driven Development (Unit, System, Stress). BSEE or BSCS is required and 5 years of experience. Advanced degrees preferred.”
