F5 Networks is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with NoSQL experience in Seattle, WA. According to the post, the company is looking for someone “with experience developing client-side API libraries for remote device control, authentication and integration with mission-critical data center management. Engineer will be responsible for developing platform-independent client code interfacing with multi-tier distributed applications to enable data center orchestration and virtualization solutions via the ADC. Primary focus is on extensibility and consistent object model design, platform APIs, and application operations workflow modeling.”
Qualifications include: “5+ years experience in the development of computer software in a large scale production environment. 5+ years experience programming experience with C++. 3+ years of experience developing platform independent code in C++ on Windows, UNIX, and/or OS-X/iOS. 3+ years experience programming with Java or C# for production use. Background in Web Services Protocols and Formats: HTTP, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XML-RPC. 3+ years of experience developing NoSql and/or SQL-based data access features. Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware, Xen, and/or Hyper-V. Experience designing and developing client side device-management library (e.g. embedded device control).”
