Nokia is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with NoSQL experience in Boston, MA. According to the post, “The candidate will join an innovation-focused team in Boston/Cambridge responsible for building new social software and services assets. Our mission is to innovate on all aspects of the end-to-end consumer social experiences on Nokia devices and on the web. This role will require active collaboration with teams in California and Berlin.”
Qualifications for the position include the following: “Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science. 5+ years of experience in back end development of high volume consumer web applications. Expert level skills with Java. Enthusiasm for working in a very collaborative, agile environment. At least one year of experience with Agile development methodologies. Development on NoSQL services desirable. Spring 3.x, ReST API, and ActiveMQ experience desirable. Experience creating high volume, load applications is a major plus.”
