Barracuda Networks is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Operations in Campbell, CA, “with outrageous network operation and security skills to bring our cloud services up to a new level of customer nirvana. Qualifications for the position include the following: “Outrageous LAMP (where P is usually Perl) skills with a security bent. Somewhat less outrageous C/C++ and/or Python skills. Significant exposure to a non-Linux BSD operating system. A deep understanding of common network protocols such as HTTP, SSL and DNS, including how they work and where they can go wrong. Administration of both a NoSQL database (e.g. Tokyo Tyrant) and a conventional SQL one such as MySQL. Experience with collaborative/open-source-style development with e.g., git or subversion.”
