By   /  November 21, 2018  /  No Comments

ROVER SPEED recently introduced the planet’s first AI-powered suitcase. Unlike other “smart travel” suitcase brands, which have come and gone, the ROVER SPEED “travel robot” stands alone in its effortless autonomous control and obstacle avoidance, with smartphone notifications and tracking — using the best mobility technology that’s available. The luggage is scheduled for release to the early backers in January of 2019. The suitcase should be available for pre-ordering for the next 20 days. The “Delivery Before Christmas” offer will be available to backers in the China and the U.S. who have pledged to support ROVER SPEED for Black Friday.

The ROVER SPEED acts as a travel companion. It knows where you are, and will send alerts when it is over two meters away, assuring your belongings are safe at all times. Whether you’re visiting the duty-free store, or running to catch a flight, the suitcase will stay with you. CEO He Tao, said, “We’re thrilled to bring the ROVER SPEED smart luggage to the travelers everywhere. We are confident that travel pros will love the innovations this luggage essential will provide them.”

The ROVER SPEED is made using only the highest quality materials, capable of withstanding the rough wear and tear of travel, which includes uneven sidewalks, baggage handlers, and stairs. The ROVER SPEED’s design comes with an all-aluminum frame, silent wheels, 100% German Bayer polycarbonate, silent wheels, a 24-pound load capacity, and an ergonomic handle with sensors.
