Responsibilities of the position include: “Administer and develop databases. Perform database functions across one or more teams, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.” Qualifications include: “3+ years experience in NoSQL database. 3+ years of XQuery. 3+ years experience Linux (shell). Eligible to obtain Public Trust Clearance. Must have lived in the United States 3 of the last 5 years. Understanding of Document databases like MongoDB or CouchDB. Understanding of web semantics – RDF, XQuery, SPARQL. Understanding of functional programing languages.”
