End users tend to gravitate toward office productivity tools that are at their disposal and are easy to use, without realizing the big picture.  I tried to highlight the advantages of utilizing a commercial tool - which will enforce formal controls, promote re-use and provide transparency into the various adhoc projects that usually run under the radar.
