Jill Shuman is the director of product engagement at Copyright Clearance Center (CCC). In this role, Shuman focuses on customer engagement and development of products and services that meet customers’ emerging needs. As a subject matter expert, Jill helps shape CCC’s proposition development, making sure its customers benefit from the best solution in knowledge management, which is at the forefront of the pharmaceutical, publishing, financial, and many other industries. Prior to joining CCC, Shuman served as the head of knowledge management at Shire.
