Andrew Erlichson
VP of Education and Cloud Services, MongoDB, Inc.
Andrew joined MongoDB in 2012 to launch the company’s online education platform, which has since trained tens of thousands of people on MongoDB. He is also general manager of MongoDB Management Service, which provides cloud-based MongoDB monitoring and backup capabilities.
Prior to MongoDB, Andrew was CEO and Founder of Phanfare (acquired by Carbonite), an online photo hosting company. Earlier, he was Founder and CEO of Flashbase (acquired by DoubleClick), a web service that offered self-service online database forms and analysis tools. At DoubleClick (acquired by Google),Andrew was Vice President of Technology in the Research and Development group. He has worked at Mips Computer Systems, Silicon Graphics and BlackRock. Andrew has an A.B. from Dartmouth College and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
