About the Speakers

GregJonesGreg Jones is lead developer at Smartling, where he is responsible for Reporting & Analytics, as well as for the Smartling API that enables access to Smartling translation functionality from other applications.

Prior to Smartling, Greg was lead software engineer at, a leading mobile career network, and served in various management and consulting roles in the software development realm.


ScottScott Hoover is a data scientist on the Looker Implementation Team, where he helps clients build models of their business data and has authored SDKs that extend Looker’s functionality through its API.

Before joining Looker, Scott worked as a statistician in academia and later consulting.
