Petr Podymov, Lead Business Architect at MTS Group
Petr Podymov is a seasoned business and enterprise architect with a focus on planning and explaining structural investments in business and technology supported by strategic portfolio management. He has more than 20 years’ experience in banking, retail, and telco companies, in which was involved in building up leading business ecosystems. Since 2011 he has focused on digitally oriented organizational transformations, having worked his way through business process management to become a project portfolio leader, then a management consultant and developer of new governance models.
In the past Petr has played an expert role in several huge-scale PMO establishment initiatives. Once demand for product and agile transformation appeared, he started working with enterprise agility pioneers of their industry: Sber, Leroy Merlin (and Adeo), and MTS Group. Petr is also a university lecturer in magistracy and new course author since 2015 and develops education programs for professional audiences. In 2021 he became an expert of AlphaZetta Academy and co-founder and CEO of Data Governance Professional Association, which along with the data takes wide topics for popularization, including digital investments, business architecture, and enterprise agility.
