Si Chen is the VP of Strategy at Appen. Si brings extensive experience in technology leadership roles, and her areas of expertise include traditional AI/ML models, generative AI, multimodal AI systems, intelligent robotics, and AI industry solutions. Prior to joining Appen, Si held leadership positions as Head of Strategy, Partnerships & Operations at Tencent AI & Robotics Lab, and Head of Strategy & Business Development at AWS China. Si holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
