Kumaravel Ramakrishnan has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry. During his 10-plus years at ManageEngine, the IT management division of Zoho Corporation, Kumar has participated in service-desk implementations and consulting worldwide. In his present role, Kumar leads all marketing initiatives for ManageEngine’s ITSM suite. He loves interacting with ITSM professionals and is a regular speaker at ManageEngine conferences and industry events. When not at work, he has his hands full with his two little children.
