As vice president of Data Science, Lyndsey Padden oversees Data Science functional and talent strategies including talent acquisition, early career programs, and learning and development. While Lyndsey’s expertise and heart are with Data Science, she has held a variety of roles across functions and business teams over more than 12 years at 84.51° and with previous organizations. She received a degree in psychology and cognitive sciences before pursuing her Master’s degree in commerce with a specialization in marketing and management from the University of Virginia.
