Ram Tavva is a senior data scientist and alumnus of IIM-C (Indian Institute of Management – Kolkata) with more than 25 years of professional experience specializing in Data Science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. He is a certified and accredited trainer for all modules of ITIL up to expert level and has trained more than 3,000 professionals across the globe. He is currently authoring a book on ITIL called, “ITIL Made Easy.”
Tavva has conducted myriad project management and ITIL process consulting engagements with various organizations. He has performed maturity assessment, gap analysis and project management process definition, as well as end to end implementation of project management best practices.
