Mark is a Data Management Professional and CDMP Practitioner with over 20 years of experience and acts as the Data Evangelist for DATAVERSITY. Mark moved into Data Quality, Master Data Management, and Data Governance early in his career and has been working extensively in data management since the early 2000’s. Previous to his work at DATAVERSITY, Mark led Information Management initiatives in both private and public sector organizations.

Bob Thomas brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in data quality, data governance, and enterprise data management to his work, helping organizations build the data foundations that drive reliable, trusted business outcomes. As Chief Architect, Industry Solutions at Informatica, Bob has spent his career helping customers turn data quality from a technical checkbox into a business-critical discipline — supporting hundreds of client engagements across data quality, data catalog, MDM, data privacy, and data governance. He helped build Informatica’s Data Governance practice from the ground up and has guided organizations at every stage of the journey, from launching their first data quality initiative to scaling it enterprise-wide. Bob is a recognized practitioner on the intersection of data quality, governance, and AI and is known for connecting technical rigor to the business outcomes that sustain a culture of quality over time.
