A new article out of the company reports, “Cognizant today announced that it has been recognized as a top performer in the Internet of Things IT Consulting report by ALM Intelligence (formerly Kennedy Consulting Research and Advisory), a leader in market analysis on the consulting profession. ALM Intelligence’s Internet of Things IT Consulting report assessed 21 firms on their abilities to guide clients. The firms were categorized as offering Management Consulting, Multi-Service Consulting, IT Consulting, or End-to-End Consulting—and assessed on the breadth and depth of their capabilities, including strategy development, IoT operating model and organizational impact, use of data and analytics, IoT solution design, and security and compliance.”
The article continues, “In the report, Cognizant was named to The ALM Vanguard™ as one of the leading five providers who ‘demonstrate either market-leading depth in particular capabilities or meaningful depth across a broad spectrum of capabilities.’ Cognizant was rated highly for its ‘robust and comprehensive IoT consulting portfolio,’ that is ‘backed and strengthened by an array of strategy and solution accelerators and labs that allow it to rapidly build and test prototypes with clients.’ According to the report, features earning Vanguard status for Cognizant are: wide-ranging IoT expertise, detailed offerings, and a well-oiled approach of collaborating with clients to create a vision, test proof-of-concept, and develop a roadmap for a pilot and beyond.”
