A recent press release states, “Dundas Data Visualization, Inc., a leading, global provider of Business Intelligence and Data Visualization solutions, announced today that they have won a 2016 Industry Excellence Award from Dresner Advisory Services. These awards are presented to vendors achieving leadership status in the 2016 Wisdom of Crowds® Business Intelligence and/or Enterprise Planning research. Dresner Advisory’s annual reports are based on data collected from end users and provide a real-world perspective on the BI and planning markets.”

The release goes on, “Dundas is being recognized as a customer experience and trust leader for business intelligence in 2016. Customer experience leaders are vendors who demonstrate high levels of sales and service and well as product/technology. Trust Leaders are vendors with strong perceived confidence scores. ‘We’re thrilled to be the recipient of this 2016 Industry Excellence Award from Dresner Advisory Services,’ said Troy Marchand, President, CEO and Co-founder, Dundas Data Visualization. ‘It’s great to be recognized for the second year in a row as a leader in the BI market not only for our technology, but also from a sales and service standpoint. The fact that these results are based purely on data from actually end-users of the software, make this an extremely meaningful award’.”

It continues, “The Dresner Advisory Services Industry Excellence Awards recognize vendors who achieved high rankings on one or both of two market models in its 2016 flagship BI and Planning reports. The Customer Experience model considers the real-world experience of customers working with these technology solutions on a daily basis, plotting vendor touch points — sales and service — and customer sentiment surrounding product and technology. The Vendor Credibility Model considers a vendor’s relationship with their customer, plotting value for price paid against a ‘confidence’ score comprised of integrity and recommend measures.”
