Following the successful launch of Employee Effectiveness, Culture Amp‘s recently launched 360° Review product, the company has announced a Manager Effectiveness diagnostic to help organizations develop and promote effective managerial behaviors.
The product is designed as an upward feedback tool, inspired by research from Google’s Project Oxygen, a publicly available research program that has identified ideal management behaviors. The new diagnostic gives individual managers feedback on where they need to focus in order to develop best-practice managerial skills. It also provides People and Culture leaders with insights on development opportunities for managers across the organization.
